General terms and conditions

These Booking Conditions form the basis of your contract with Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments. Please carefully read the contents of this document, because here the respective rights and obligations are defined. In these Booking Conditions, the words “you”, “your” refer to all the personnel listed in the reservation (including names added or replaced at a later time). “We” and “our” refer to Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments. The term “Supplier” refers to any third party that can provide transport services, hotel industry or any other service directly contracted with you.

1. Your Reservation

By making a reservation, the one who carries out the confirmation process to adhere to these Booking Conditions and is responsible for all payments due to us. We will confirm your stay (which is subject to availability) and send you a confirmation notice via e-mail. Please carefully check the booking confirmation and contact us if were to appear to you to be incomplete or incorrect. To confirm and guarantee your reservation you require a credit card. If Vs. choice not to provide the credit card upon reservation, in the confirmation email you will be required a deposit to be sent by bank transfer. In the absence of one of the two guarantees required conditions, Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments reserves the right not to confirm the reservation. The balance is to be paid directly at check in. Methods of payment accepted:
  • Cash
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard,Maestro, Apple Pay, Paypal )
  • Bank transfer (to be made at least 2 working days before the check-in date)

2. Your Contract

The contract is in place when we send you the booking confirmation. This contract is subject to Italian law and the parties agree that any dispute will be the responsibility of the Italian Law.

3. The cost of your stay

Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments reserves the right to increase or decrease the rates at any time. The price of your stay will still be confirmed at time of booking. From the moment your booking is confirmed (still subject to errors and omissions), the price of your stay will not change. In the confirmed rate will not be including local taxes per article. 4 Legislative Decree no. No 23/2011. Payment of the fees must be made on site together with the payment of booked services; as regards the subjects exempted from paying the tourist tax reference is made to Ch. D (Exemptions) art. 4 of the aforementioned decree. We reserve the right to correct any errors, both in the advertised price, and in that confirmed. We will update the prices at a time when we become aware of the error itself. Please note that errors and changes can occasionally occur. We recommend you check out the price of your choice when booking.

4. Your changes will

In case you want to make changes to your booking, you must necessarily notificarcele by contacting our reservation center by email at info@villadinera.com. Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments can not guarantee to be able to satisfy your request for amendment. Certain modifications can be considered as canceled and consequently subject to criminal (see. Section 5 of this document).

5. Cancellations made by you

Your notice of cancellation will be effective only if made in our Reservation Center by email info@villadinera.com. If the cancellation is made on your part beyond the terms of free cancellation (planned in the rate chosen at the time of booking) will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of entire stay. In case of non-cancellation within the terms indicated and / or non-arrival (no show), you will incur a penalty equal to 100% of entire stay. There may be particularly advantageous tariff plans with more restrictive cancellation policies or higher penalties, of up to 100% of the total value itself. This penalty will be anyway communicated when booking.

6. Changes and cancellations made by us

Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments, reserves the right, if necessary, to make changes or correct errors in the website and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. In this case, there shall exert to communicate it in the shortest possible time. If there will be the opportunity and the time needed to prepare things before your stay begins, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be proposed to the following alternatives:
  • (a) (for significant changes) accepting the amended terms
  • or (b) an alternative holiday offered by us, with standards and conditions similar to or greater than that originally booked, or
  • or (c) cancel the reservation, in which case any payment made to us will be reversed. Please note that the alternatives proposed above do not apply if the changes are of a minor nature.

7. Force Majeure

Except as expressly permitted by these Booking Conditions, we are not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by you (as described in detail in paragraph 9) or in the event that the full or partial use of our services is limited to because the causes of occurrence of “force majeure.” In this document relating to the Booking Conditions, “force majeure” means any event that can not be foreseen or avoided by us or our service providers, despite all the attention paid. This type of event includes events of war or similar activities, riot, civil disturbance, terrorist attacks, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, strikes or any other event beyond our control.

8. Our liability to you

E’intento Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments prepare very carefully the services booked by you. We will be responsible for any failure occurred during your stay, in case the cause is attributable to our fault or our employees (if they were operating in their faculties and duties of employees). Instead it will be your responsibility to prove that there was indeed a failure on our part, in case you wish to make a claim. We will not be responsible in case of illness, injury or injury, death, loss of any personal effects, damage, extra cost in any of the following cases:
  • or (a) for your personal lack / neglect
  • or (b) for lack attributable to a third party not connected directly with the provision of the service or stay, shortcomings that have not been able to be predicted or avoided.
  • or (c) because of an event or circumstance that we or the service provider in question could not foresee or avoid, despite the utmost care applied
  • or (d) for lack of some third party who is not directly involved in providing services on our behalf.
Beyond that, we will not be responsible for the lack of enjoyment of your stay due to a lack of communication from you of some important element to that effect at the time of booking or not resulting in the booking contract. In particular, we will not be responsible for any service that is not specifically included in the contract.

9. Problems and Complaints

In case you have any reason to make a claim, or have to report some problem occorsovi, we are required to immediately inform the service staff. Many problems can be resolved quickly. In case you you remained still unsatisfied, you can write to the hotel Direction: info@villadinera.com

10. Behaviour

Upon booking, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. You will be required to complete and immediate payment for any damage or loss caused, directly to the manager / Villa di Nera B&B manager – Villa di Nera Apartments or service provided. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any suit brought against you, and you will be required full payment even of our legal costs and to any third parties. When booking, you agree to respect the timetable, Regulation and warnings set by Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments to ensure order, calm and efficiency at the service of users.

11. Special needs and health problems

Any special requests must be advanced at the time of booking. Although we will try to satisfy all requests, provided that these are reasonable, we can not guarantee that every request is met. We can not accept reservations where it is specified a particular condition of fulfilling a special request. All bookings will be treated as reservations “standard” subject to the above provisions of the special requests. In the event of a health problem or disability which may affect the progress of your holiday, please notify prior to confirmation of booking. If we were to assume, reasonably, that they can not meet the special needs of you reported, we reserve the right to decline your reservation or, if such information is not received at the time of booking, then it will not be taken into account.

12. Travel documents

You are responsible for all travel documents and vouchers. You will not be reimbursed if, because of travel documents not in order, you can not make or complete the stay the same and will not be responsible for the extra costs that you might suffer as a result.

13. Smoking Prohibition

Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms, apartments or indoor common areas. Villa di Nera B&B and Villa di Nera Apartments reserve the right to charge extra room and fabric cleaning costs which amount to €150.

13. Deposit

Villa di Nera Apartments may require a deposit of 200€ as a guarantee for possible damages caused by the guest to the property and/or furniture. The guest must notify the owner of any defects in the property and furniture within 1 hour of the handover of the keys.

Breakfast:

Villa di Nera B&B e Villa di Nera Apartments provides a traditional breakfast. The term Bed & Breakfast (B&B) means that breakfast is the only meal included in the price. If you have special requests on breakfast, we ask you to comunicarcele before the trip, so that we can organize ourselves better for your buffet, although we do not guarantee that you can always meet your demands.

Rooms and Services:

The types of accommodation are assigned exactly those required in the reservation. In the event of a sudden and not foreseen at the time of your arrival to room type reserved unavailability, ns. booking proceed with the allocation of a higher class accommodation. In cases of renovations going on during your stay, you can make it necessary to provisional closure of the common use areas or suspension of some services. The units can be allocated in any part of the property and is not in any way be reserved a priori the plan and location. Please note that the quadruple rooms might be a combination of single, double. Some rooms can no capacity for extra bed or cot. The extra bed, on request, and where possible, at an additional cost; The cot for infant 0-2 years, on request, is given at a cost of € 5 per day; since the availability of cots is limited, it is advisable to request it when booking. Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1.

Villa di Nera B&B:

Check-in: the accommodation will be available from 12:00 am. Check out: housing must be vacated no later than 10:30 am

Villa di Nera Apartments:

Check-in: the accommodation will be available from 4:00 pm. Check-out: the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:30 am.

Gratuity child:

– All children under 3 years stay free (when using existing bedding). – All children under 2 years staying at a cost of 5 € per day (for cots). Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed at the property

Tourist attractions:

The information contained on our website is correct at time of publication. Our descriptions on the website relate to activities and sites available in the area you are visiting. We are not responsible for such activities, as they are not operated or supervised or controlled by us. We can not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided in connection with such activities or about the holiday area you are visiting. Moreover, we are not responsible for activities not included in our contract, even in cases in which we were to suggest or help book of the same. If you feel that some of the activities mentioned on our web site, but do not fall under our contract, are important for the enjoyment of your holiday, please contact us immediately and we will provide updated information.
